We feel so lucky to have been connected with Ashton on the BREL team! She is fantastic. She is incredibly reliable, accessible, and genuine. If hearing the phrase "there's no better time to buy than now" makes you feel pressured, anxious, and paralyzed with indecision, then you may also want to work with Ashton. Ashton was always patient, transparent, and never once made us feel pressured. She took us to see rentals and homes for sale and never made us feel like buying was the only option. She was always supportive of any viewing I suggested and even went to scout out places I was curious about but wasn't sure were worth a visit (since we have a toddler). All this to say that we are very grateful we bought our first home with Ashton and we highly recommend working with her!

Just the perfect experience, every step! Our agent, Lisa Bednarski, guided us expertly through selling our loft, from deciding to move, to staging, listing and closing, then visits, bidding and buying. Every step, she was open and understanding, a true pro! We know selling smoothly was partly happenstance, but that luck was only possible because we could trust Lisa and the rest of the BREL Team (design, photos, admin). Their skill and canny instincts were there as a foundation to make it happen! Lisa has expert knowledge of the market, a knack for drafting a winning listing to sell and offer to buy, and just the right personal touch. Online collaboration and communication tools were excellent, too! We sold a loft condo in the Junction, then bought a beautiful, small detached home nearby. Lisa made it possible, working out exactly the right plan to match our needs with the Junction-High Park market. We felt in control every step, but expertly informed with Lisa's experience and insights. Most importantly, Lisa had bang-on-target flair for pricing. We sold the loft quickly, and then buying had our first bid accepted. With Lisa's help, we didn't waste time bidding on houses we couldn't realistically afford, nor places we wouldn't feel at home. Jenny Maycock from the BREL team is very knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. She is a proactive communicator and gives excellent advice. With her help and strategizing, my husband and I were able to negotiate a favourable price when purchasing our new home. Her support didn't end once the offer was firm either. I am a picky person... think pathologically picky. I worked with Halina Bucchino for about 18 months before we found the perfect place. During that time she was patient, understanding, and never once made me feel like I was being unreasonable. Halina is a consummate professional. When showing a listing she is always on time, has already taken the time to understand the listing and speak to the other agent, as well as get get a feel for the neighbourhood.
